Billing options
Start by choosing a billing option based on your usage pattern, then select a tier based on the data you need. Monthly plans suit regular use; data packages do not reset monthly and work well for accounts with irregular usage.

PRIVACY
The service follows a no-logs policy. You remain responsible for securing your username, password, and subscription details. On shared devices, sign out and remove local subscription configurations after use.

Create an account with a username and password. Your account credentials are required to access plans, clients, and support tickets, so store them securely to avoid problems with future account management.
SUPPORT
Submit a ticket from your account for connection, billing, or refund matters. Include the order, plan type, platform, and troubleshooting steps already completed to help ensure an accurate response.

List your main activities first, then decide whether you need a continuous monthly allowance. If usage is concentrated in a particular period, a monthly plan is easier to manage by cycle; if usage is intermittent, a non-expiring data package makes it easier to retain unused data.
For a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. The old plan is not simply extended, and unused data is not converted into a non-expiring data package. Before submitting an upgrade, check the current plan, remaining time, and checkout result in your account, then continue with payment.

Refund terms
To request a refund, sign in to your account, open the support ticket section, select the relevant order, and state your refund request. To avoid ambiguity, make sure you submit the order generated by the actual purchase rather than only naming the plan.
After submitting, check the ticket page for further replies. Refund requests are verified against the order and payment record; if you have multiple orders, specify which one should be handled. The refund policy applies to the paid plans listed on this page, with processing completed through account support tickets.
