Information Collected and Processing Purposes

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNXK therefore does not require a registration email. Account details are used for authentication, user panel access, subscription status management, and service delivery. Passwords should be stored in the protected form provided by the system, and users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

When you purchase or use the service, the system processes order records, the selected plan, payment status, refund status, summarized traffic usage, and account validity. This information is used to complete orders, verify entitlements, process refunds, resolve billing disputes, and maintain the subscription service. Traffic summaries are used only to assess plan usage and do not include a list of visited websites.

When you visit this site, the server and analytics systems may process request times, pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device category, network address, and error information. These details are used only to maintain site operations, detect abnormal requests, analyze page usage, and troubleshoot technical issues. They are not used to build a profile of users' browsing content.

No-Logs Principles and Connection Data

VPNXK follows a no-logs service principle. It does not record which websites users visit, webpage content, search content, communications, or DNS requests, and it does not create connection logs that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. The line system does not process network activity for sale, profiling, or advertising.

The service processes only operational information necessary to maintain connections and account entitlements, such as whether an account is valid and summarized traffic usage. This information does not include a list of target websites. Diagnostic content voluntarily submitted by a user during troubleshooting is used only to address the related issue; after the issue is closed, it is not used as a routine connection record. VPNXK does not retain connection logs long term.

Cookies and Local Storage

This site may use necessary cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, session identifiers, and security verification results. These data are used to maintain user panel sessions, reduce repeated logins, and preserve page settings. They are not used for cross-site advertising tracking.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and interface preferences may be reset, requiring another login or selection of the relevant settings. If necessary storage is completely disabled, some user panel features may not work properly.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

VPNXK supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payment processing is handled by the relevant payment providers, whose privacy policies govern the information they collect. VPNXK does not directly store complete payment account authentication credentials. It receives only the transaction identifier, payment result, amount, and order status needed to complete an order.

Before submitting information to a payment provider, users should review that provider's privacy notice. To verify payments, refunds, or disputes, VPNXK may match order identifiers with payment status when necessary. Payment information is not used for marketing unrelated to an order.

Retention, Deletion, and Security Management

Account and order information is retained for as long as necessary to provide subscription services, process refunds, reconcile accounts, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Once the processing purpose is fulfilled, the account relationship has ended, and the information is no longer needed for refunds, disputes, or compliance matters, the relevant data will be deleted, de-identified, or removed from routine use. Analytics and error records are retained only as needed for operations and maintenance and are not stored as connection logs.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of identifiable account details. Before completing a deletion request, VPNXK may verify control of the account. Order records that must be retained by law, or dispute materials still under review, may not be deleted at the same time as account details. Such data will have their use restricted and will be handled after the retention basis ends.

Policy Updates

VPNXK may revise this policy when service procedures, data processing practices, or applicable rules change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month shown at the top will be adjusted. Important changes to processing purposes, information categories, or user rights will be explained through the website or user panel.

Continuing to use the service after an update means that the user acknowledges the revised content. If you disagree with the updated processing practices, you may stop using the service and submit a request to delete account details through the user panel. Historical orders or dispute materials will continue to be handled according to the necessary retention principles described in this policy.
