Initial Setup Path

VPNXK Getting Started Guide

Start by creating a username, then choose a plan, get your subscription, import it into the client, and verify the connection. Handle only the current task at each stage before moving on.

Account Preparation

Create a Username and Password

Open the VPNXK registration page and choose an easy-to-recognize username. Enter a password and confirm it as instructed. No email address is required, and your username is the account identifier, so check the spelling and store both credentials securely before submitting. After registration, the page may open the user panel or prompt you to log in; if it stays on the login page, use the credentials you just created.

After entering the panel, first confirm that it shows the correct account before continuing with a purchase. There is no need to look for a subscription link yet: until a plan has been ordered, the subscription section may not contain usable content for import. At this stage, the goal is simply to create the account and access the panel; do not configure the client, system proxy or network settings in advance.

If the username is already taken, choose another and submit again. If the password format is rejected, revise it according to the page instructions. Do not create multiple accounts for testing: future orders, subscriptions and data belong to the account used for the purchase, and multiple accounts make it easy to retrieve the wrong subscription.

Completion check: you can enter the user panel with your username and password. Next, choose a plan within the same account.

Plans and Orders

Choose a Plan and Place Your Order

Open the Plans section in the user panel and first distinguish between monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions reset data each month on the activation date: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Choose according to your usage: a monthly subscription suits ongoing use with a monthly data reset, while a data package suits less predictable usage.

Open the plan you intend to use, check its name, data allowance and price, then proceed to order confirmation. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. After payment, do not close the page immediately; wait for the order status to update. If payment is complete but the panel still shows pending, return to the Orders section and refresh it rather than submitting the same order again.

When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. New users do not need to predict every long-term need in advance; choose based on your current devices and data usage. All plans support use on unlimited devices, while data usage is still calculated together under the selected plan. The plans shown on this page are covered by the 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy; see the Help Center for details.

Completion check: the order status in the user panel has updated and the account shows its current subscription details. Next, get the subscription only from the panel, not from page text or another source.

Subscription Delivery

Get Your Subscription from the User Panel

Once the order is active, open the account overview in the user panel and find the subscription or quick-import section. The subscription link is how the client retrieves routes and configuration. Use the panel’s Copy button to obtain it rather than selecting it manually and risking missing characters. Keep the panel open after copying, then open the client for your current system and import it.

The subscription belongs to the current account and should not be pasted into a public page, public document or sent to unrelated people. This guide does not display a real subscription address. When you need to recognize its format, use only the invalid example below:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

The address above is for format illustration only. It cannot connect to VPNXK and should not be modified and tested. In actual use, return to the user panel and copy your account’s own content. If the subscription section is missing, first confirm that the order is active and that the logged-in username matches the purchasing account. Do not search for a supposed shared subscription in search results, chat history or third-party pages.

You do not need to open the subscription link in a browser. Instead, open the client’s subscription management, remote configuration or Import from URL section and paste the link there. Opening it directly in a browser may show plain text or a download prompt; that does not mean the subscription is faulty, only that it was opened in the wrong place.

Completion check: the subscription link has been copied to the clipboard. Next, choose the section for your current system; you do not need to configure every platform.

Client Import

Continue with Your Current System

Use a desktop client on Windows or macOS and the corresponding mobile client on Android or iOS. Client downloads are provided in the user panel: log in and choose your system. Static installation packages are not provided on the marketing page. Read only the section for your current device; when you need another device later, return to the panel with the same account and continue setup.

Desktop Clients

Import the Windows Client

Open the Downloads section in the user panel and choose the VPNXK client option for Windows. After installation, launch the client. If Windows asks whether to allow network-related permissions, confirm that the program name matches the client you obtained, then follow the system prompts. On first launch, the client will usually show an empty configuration or subscription management page.

Open an entry such as “Subscription,” “Configuration Management,” or “Import from URL,” then paste the subscription link copied in the previous step. Give the subscription an easy-to-recognize local name, then add or update it. Once the client has loaded it, the main page should show selectable regions and routes. If it remains blank, copy the subscription from the panel again and check for spaces before or after the pasted content.

Once routes appear, avoid changing several network options at once. Return to the client’s main screen, choose a route that matches the target service’s region, keep the default connection mode, and continue to connection verification below. For advanced split routing and system proxy settings, see the complete user guide after the basic connection works.

Completion check: the Windows client shows the route list loaded from the subscription.

Desktop Clients

Import the macOS Client

Open the macOS client download entry from the Downloads section of the user panel and launch it from Applications after installation. The first time a network client runs, macOS may ask you to allow a network extension or add a network configuration. Follow the system dialog to confirm and use your Mac’s current authorization method. If you skip this step, the client may open but fail to take over network traffic when connecting.

After authorization, find subscription management, remote configuration or the import entry in the client’s sidebar or menu. Paste the subscription link copied from the account overview, save it and update it. The update should display regions or routes. If a client icon appears in the menu bar, use it to return to the main window and choose a route; importing again is unnecessary.

For the first connection, keep the default configuration and avoid changing the system proxy, browser proxy and other network tools at the same time. Choose a route and continue to connection verification. If macOS repeatedly asks to add a configuration or Apple services behave unexpectedly after connecting, see Frequently Asked Questions for macOS permissions and network-extension troubleshooting; advanced system settings are outside this guide.

Completion check: the macOS client has obtained the route list and macOS has allowed the network extension.

Mobile Clients

Import the Android Client

On your Android device, sign in to the user panel, open Downloads and choose the Android client. Follow the source and download steps shown in the panel. After installation, open the app and look on the home screen, sidebar or top-right menu for subscription management, Add Configuration or Import from URL. Mobile interfaces have limited space, so the entry may be inside a plus menu.

Paste the complete subscription link into the address field, set an easy-to-recognize name and save it, then tap Update or Sync. After the route list loads, choose a region first rather than editing routes one by one. When connecting for the first time, Android displays a system confirmation for the network connection. Confirm the app name, allow it to create the connection, and look for the system connection indicator in the status bar.

Some Android systems apply strict battery controls to background apps. If the connection stops soon after the screen locks, check the client’s background activity and battery permissions in the system app settings. Menus vary by manufacturer, so this guide only indicates what to check; see your device’s system instructions or open Connection and Troubleshooting for more help.

Completion check: the Android client displays routes and has permission from the system to create a network connection.

Mobile Clients

Import the iOS Client

On an iPhone or iPad, open the Downloads section in the user panel and install the recommended iOS client using the method shown there. The marketing page does not provide installation files, and you should not download a similarly named app from an unknown page. After installation, open the client, find Add Subscription, Remote Configuration or Import from URL, and paste and save the subscription link from the account overview.

After the client updates, it will show regions and routes. Choose the route you intend to use and start the connection. iOS will ask to allow a network configuration to be added. Confirm it and follow the system prompts to authorize it; this is required for the client to establish the system connection. Authorization is usually needed only during initial setup, after which you can choose routes and toggle the connection directly in the client.

If no routes appear after import, return to the user panel and copy the subscription again. Delete the failed local configuration in the client and add it again. Do not delete your VPNXK account or purchase another plan. If old, unused network configurations remain in system settings, distinguish them by name before deciding whether to remove them, so you do not delete the one currently in use.

Completion check: the iOS client displays routes and the system has allowed the corresponding network configuration to be added.

Connection Check

Connect and Confirm It Works

Return to the client’s main screen, choose a region or route that matches your purpose, and tap Connect. First check that the client changes from disconnected to connected, then confirm that the system status bar or network settings show the corresponding connection state. Only after both the client and system show a completed connection should you open a browser or target app for testing.

During verification, first open a website that normally works to confirm that basic connectivity remains available. Then open the target service. This distinguishes a device that is completely offline from a single service that fails to load. If the basic site also fails, disconnect, choose another route and reconnect. If only one app has trouble, fully close and reopen it so it can establish a new network session.

After connecting successfully, there is no need to switch routes frequently. Keep a stable region for everyday use, and switch only when the target service requires another region, the current route fails to load, or the network environment changes. VPNXK covers 100+ countries and 160+ routes. The route page organizes options by region and type; if you are unsure, read the route guide before adjusting the client.

If you still cannot connect after changing routes or reimporting the subscription, note your system, the client stage and any page message, then use the Help Center’s “Connection and Troubleshooting” category. Do not include the subscription link in public screenshots. When describing the issue, say only whether import succeeded, whether routes appeared and where the connection stopped.

Completion check: both the client and system show a successful connection, and the basic website and target service load normally.

After Setup

Everyday Use and Further Reading

After the first successful connection, daily use only requires opening the client, choosing a route and starting the connection. Handle subscription updates, troubleshooting and advanced settings separately; you do not need to restart from registration each time.

The Route List Has Not Updated

First confirm that the account plan is still active. Then copy the subscription again from the user panel and update it in the client. Do not edit characters in the subscription address manually.

Need to Change How You Choose Routes

Choose based on the target region, route type and actual use. Switching frequently does not automatically improve the connection; first determine whether the issue is the region or the current route.
